Venus Bliss MAX is an all-in-one body contouring workstation from Venus Concept. Rather than relying on a single mechanism, it brings three distinct technologies together on one platform — a 1064 nm diode laser for fat reduction, FlexMAX EMS applicators for muscle stimulation, and (MP)² technology for cellulite.

Every plan at Elnes Clinic begins with a consultation. We assess the areas you want to address, confirm you are a suitable candidate, and set out honestly what the technology can and cannot do.
Targeted heat raises the temperature of fat cells in the treatment area to the point of apoptosis. The body then clears the affected cells gradually, through the lymphatic system, over the weeks that follow.
Adaptive electrical muscle stimulation applicators contract the underlying muscle far more intensively than voluntary exercise, building tone beneath the treated area.
Eight electrodes deliver multi-polar radiofrequency combined with pulsed electromagnetic fields. In Canada it is licensed for a temporary reduction in the appearance of cellulite, temporary improvement of local blood circulation, and relief of minor muscle aches and spasm.

No. It is a body contouring treatment. It targets localised fat, muscle tone and skin texture in a defined area. It is not a substitute for diet, exercise or the medical management of weight, and it will not meaningfully change the number on the scale.
The 1064 nm diode laser heats fat cells in the treated area until they undergo apoptosis — cell death. Those cells are then cleared gradually by the body’s lymphatic system over the weeks that follow. The process is gradual by design.
Venus Concept reports a 25-minute treatment cycle for the diode laser component. The full appointment length depends on which technologies are combined and how many areas are treated — we will give you an exact time at your consultation.
This depends on the area, your starting point and which technologies are used, so it is determined at your consultation rather than quoted in advance. Body contouring is a course of treatments, not a single visit.
Fat reduction is not immediate. Because the treated cells are cleared through the lymphatic system over time, changes appear gradually over the weeks following a course of treatment. Anyone promising an overnight result is not describing this technology honestly.
Venus Bliss MAX is a non-invasive treatment and is designed to be comfortable. Your practitioner will explain exactly what to expect during and after your specific plan, including anything you should avoid, at your consultation.
